The story
Carol Short and Grady Wilson opened Carol's Kitchen in September 2024 in the terminal at Cambridge-Dorchester Regional Airport, after running it on Glasgow Street in town. Their arrival ended a long stretch with no food on the field. It is home cooking at diner prices, with a view of the ramp.
