These are the ground rules for using flyinganddining.com and the Flying And Dining Passport. By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. I've kept them short.

You are pilot in command

This site is for fun and for finding a good meal. It is not a flight planning tool. Distances, times, range rings, hours, phone numbers, and airport details here may be wrong or out of date. Check official sources, current charts, NOTAMs, and weather, and call the restaurant before you go. Every decision about your flight is yours.

Restaurant information

I do my best to keep the list accurate, but restaurants change hours, close, or move. If you spot something wrong, please tell me. A listing here doesn't mean the restaurant endorses me, or that I've been there yet. The monthly Featured spot may be paid, and when it is, I'll say so.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person, and you need to be 13 or older.
• Log visits honestly. The Passport is on the honor system, and that's the point.

What you post

Notes you add to your Passport are yours and stay private. If you send me something to share publicly, like a fund page note or a photo, you're giving me permission to show it on my sites. Please don't post anything hateful, illegal, or that belongs to someone else. I may remove anything that breaks these rules, and I may close accounts that abuse the site.

My stuff

The Flying And Dining name, logos, writing, and images on this site belong to Flying And Dining, LLC. Some images are AI-generated concept art and are labeled that way. Please don't copy them for your own use without asking.

No guarantees

The site is provided as-is. I can't promise it will always be up or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Flying And Dining, LLC isn't liable for losses that come from using the site, including any flight you take because of something you read here.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time from your account page. I can shut down the Passport or the site, and if I do, I'll give account holders notice by email first.

Changes

If I update these terms, I'll change the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll email account holders.
